Aluminum Can Production in Uzbekistan
A new investment project is being implemented in Tashkent’s “Yangi Avlod” Special Industrial Zone — a plant for the production of aluminum cans and beverage bottling. This is the first facility of its kind in the country, creating new opportunities for the domestic market and exports.

• Investment Volume: $90 million (including a $18 million IFC loan)
• Area: 21 hectares, production zone – 100,000 m²
• Production Start: June 2025

Production Capacity:
• Aluminum can plant – up to 2.2 billion units per year (Phase 1 – 1.1 billion units)
• Beverage filling – up to 650.9 million units per year (in aluminum cans and PET bottles)
Export and Development:
Localizing production will fully replace imported aluminum cans and open access to international markets. 30% of the products will be exported to Russia, Kazakhstan, and other CIS countries. The company plans to increase export potential to $50 million per year.
